A San Francisco Bay Area native, Jessica Mauser brings twenty years of expertise in retail, industrial, and office product types. Her background is not just in brokerage, but in the intricate details of ground-up development, municipality coordination, and P&L evaluation.
Jessica has managed projects totaling more than a quarter million square feet, with a specific focus on the Net Leased Investment category. Her eye for design and understanding of lease structures allows her to identify improvements that drive higher returns.
